INGREDIENTS: Flaked red pepper, salt, ground hot red pepper, black pepper, mint, cumin. COOKING SUGGESTIONS:Mix 1 tablespoon of Marmara Adana Kabab Spice Mix for each pound of ground lamb, beef or chicken. Knead the meat and spice mix for a few minutes until well blended. Kneading helps the meat protein break down which allows flavors to infuse with the meat . For added flavor, you may add garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped onions, and dried mint. Skewer meat and grill or bake in oven on high heat while turning frequently. Enjoy with rice and salad. Share the delight!
