Marmara All Natural Hibiscus Tea is an herbal tea made from crimson or deep magenta-colored petals and sepals of the roselle flower. Hibiscus tea is as brightly hued as its flowers and has a tart, cranberry-like flavor. The tea contains vitamins C and minerals.
The deep red color and lightly floral flavor of hibiscus tea make it a refreshing beverage to be enjoyed hot or iced.
Add 2 tablespoons of Marmara All Natural Hibiscus Tea into one pint of boiling water. Remove from heat and brew for about 10 minutes. Strain and add honey to sweeten. Cinnamon or lemon may be added for taste. Enjoy!
Many herbal teas taste great when iced, to make any of our herbal teas or tea blends cold, simply double the amount of tea used. Steep with the same hot water temperature and steep time as if making hot tea, then pour the brewed tea into a cup nearly full of ice. Enjoy!
